what happened to the weather......?????

LOVE the warm weather...and I am waiting patiently for it to return...please somebody send some warmth my way.....living by the beach does have some strong points...however to have to keep all of the windows closed....because the ocean breeze is well....frigid.....that is not a PLUS in my book....
